Scope of application

The use of the Site by any persons, hereinafter the “Users”, whatever the purpose of their visit, is governed by these terms of use, hereinafter the “Terms of Use”. The Terms of Use are intended to define the conditions of access, navigation and use of the Site. By accessing and visiting the Site, Users acknowledge to have read the Terms of Use and accept them fully and without reservation.

Tribu Sur S.L. reserves the right to adapt or modify the Terms of Use at any time and without notice by posting a new version on the Site. The applicable Terms of Use are those in force on the date of accessing the Site. If any of the clauses of the Terms of Use are deemed null or void by a competent Court, the other clauses shall remain valid.

1. SITE CONTENT
The Site presents the products and services offered by Tribu Sur S.L.

The products are presented on the Site in accordance with current regulations. The Site lists the prices and main characteristics (including dimensions, types of wood, materials and finishes) for Tribu Sur S.L. products. The photographs shown on the Website have no contractual value.

Tribu Sur S.L. strives to ensure the accuracy and regular updating of the information found on the Site. Due to the number of criteria that can impact the prices (size, choice of fabric, etc.), Tribu Sur S.L. cannot guarantee the accuracy of all information mentioned on the Site.
Tribu Sur S.L. reserves the right to make improvements and/or changes to the product(s) and services listed on the Site at any time.

Each User agrees to comply with all current laws and regulations.

Tribu Sur S.L. may at any time terminate a User’s right to access the Site if he/she does not comply with the Terms of Use or if he/she affects the content or image of the Site and/or Tribu Sur S.L., without prejudice to any damages that may be sought.

2.ORDER

Any product offered in this online store, can be purchased through a simple purchase process.

Once the product is selected, you can add it to the cart (with some products that specify the color / size). You can always edit your shopping cart before paying.

3. CONFIRMATION OF ORDER

After placing and confirming the order, you will receive an order confirmation showing the details of the products purchased by email. If you notice any error in the confirmation, please report it by email: [email protected]

4. PAYMENTS

We offer secure payments through credit cards and PayPal. If you prefer a bank transfer, please let us know and we can bill you. All prices incl. VAT Shipping costs are excluded.

 
5. SAFE PURCHASES

We have made our best to ensure the security and privacy of your transactions with us. Rest assured that your credit card information and other personal data will be treated with the highest standards of security and confidentiality.

The information you send when placing orders is received confidentially and only by us. Your credit card information is transmitted fully encrypted to our payment service, where the order amount is validated and reserved. In this way, the information is not exposed to us or stored in any way. When we send your order, we notify our payment service and transfer the amount to us.

6. DELIVERY

All deliveries are shipped from Marbella, Málaga, Spain. Your order will be shipped packed in protective materials, and you will have a shipping notification by email when your package is on the way.

Estimated delivery time within standard delivery is 3 to 7 business days.

7. SHIPPING COSTS

We ship worldwide. Delivery costs depend on the destination and package weight and size. The shipping costs already included are only within Spain Peninsula.
For orders outside of Spain (Peninsula), you must contact the store at [email protected].

Customers outside the European Union are responsible for customs and duties. These charges will be collected when your order is delivered. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide facilities for these charges.

Uncollected deliveries: we charge for returns and order resending. If you need help, contact us at [email protected]

8. MONITORING

Orders delivered by courier will require a signature upon arrival. If not, please leave a note so I can contact you and arrange a delivery again. A mobile phone number is required in case we or the courier company need to contact you regarding your delivery. If you don’t have a mobile phone, enter a landline number.

9. COMPLAINTS

We provide only high quality products and your order has been shipped packed prior to shipment and we do our best to minimize the risk of damage to delivery. After delivery of the products, make sure everything is complete and undamaged. If you are missing a product or receive a product with a defect, contact us by email: [email protected]

10. RETURNS

Customer satisfaction is our main commitment. So if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can exercise your right of withdrawal set out in the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users by requesting your return within 14 calendar days from the date you received the order and often using the original packaging in which you received your order. The products to be returned require to be in perfect condition

It is not possible to return the products in the following cases:

– Customized products
– Curtains and reupholstered
– Special orders

Complete the return form (including the reason for the return) and pack the items in a box or envelope with enough protective material to defend against damage during shipping. Tribu Sur S.L. will not be responsible for the return costs or any damage during the return.

We will refund the value of the returned item within 5 business days from the date your return arrives at our facilities.

THE SHIPPING COSTS OF PRODUCTS TO BE RETURNED ARE BILLED BY THE CONSUMER.

In the case of products affected during transport, with visible knocks or breaks at the time of delivery, the customer must make the claim within 72 hours from receipt. Said claim must indicate on the same delivery note that is delivered together with the statement or in writing via email [email protected]
